About Me

Hi there! 👋🏼

I’m Hersh, a Software Engineer based in London with a passion for everything tech. I’m currently a Senior Software Engineer at HubSpot, and previously worked at Bloomberg LP. I also used to live as a monk in a monastery, where I spent my time meditating, teaching others and connecting with people from all walks of life. I’m not your typical engineer, that's for sure!

I created this website to showcase my experience, skills and various technical projects. If you’d like to get in touch with me via email, feel free to hit the button below.

Led Clone with AI, a high-priority roadmap feature in Marketing Studio that lets users duplicate a campaign and have AI adapt its content to their instructions. As project lead and sole frontend engineer, owned it end to end, from planning and architecture through analytics and release. Users kept 98% of AI-suggested changes, indicating high trust in the AI's output.
Built MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools from scratch in Java at a company hackathon. This became a working skill for Breeze Assistant, HubSpot's AI assistant, turning customer Slack conversations into structured campaign briefs enriched with SEMrush, Google Trends and live news data.
